Questions, answered
What should I put in the job title field?
Use your degree and graduation year. For example, 'B.S. Computer Science, Class of 2026' or 'MBA Candidate, Expected May 2025'. This is the first thing recruiters read.
Can I use my university email address?
Yes. The signature works with .edu addresses in Gmail (Google Workspace for Education), Outlook, and any other client your university provides.
Should I include my GPA?
Only if it is strong (3.5 or above) and relevant to the role. If you include it, put it in the tagline field, e.g. 'GPA 3.8 | Dean's List 2024'.
