email0 is a free tool with no accounts. We designed it to need as little of your data as possible. This page explains exactly what happens to what you enter.
What we don't do
We don't ask you to sign up, and we don't store the signature details you type. Your name, title, email, phone, links, and brand color all live in your browser. They are never saved to a database on our end.
AI processing
When you use “Generate signature” or the email writer, the text you enter is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to turn it into structured fields or a drafted email, then returned to you. We don't retain that text after the request completes. Please don't paste anything you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.
Photos you upload
If you upload a profile photo, it is stored on Cloudflare R2 and served from a public URL so it can display inside emails. That means anyone with the link can view the image. Don't upload anything sensitive. We may remove old or unused uploads over time. You can also point to your own hosted image URL instead.
Abuse prevention
To keep this free tool from being abused, we process your IP address transiently for rate limiting and may use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-friendly, cookieless bot check). We don't use this information to track you across sites.
Cookies & analytics
We don't use advertising cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. If we add privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics in the future, we'll keep it cookieless and non-identifying.
