Gmail

  1. 1Click “Copy signature” above.
  2. 2In Gmail, open Settings (gear icon) → See all settings.
  3. 3Scroll to Signature → Create new, and give it a name.
  4. 4Click into the box and paste (Cmd/Ctrl + V).
  5. 5Set it as your default, then Save Changes at the bottom.

Outlook (new & web)

  1. 1Click “Copy signature” above.
  2. 2Open Settings → Account → Signatures.
  3. 3Paste into the editor and give the signature a name.
  4. 4Choose it for new emails and replies, then Save.

Outlook (classic desktop)

How do I add this signature to Gmail?

Click Copy signature, then in Gmail go to Settings → See all settings → Signature → Create new, click into the box, and paste. Save changes at the bottom.

Why does my Gmail signature lose formatting?

Paste into the signature editor's normal view (not an HTML/source view) using the “Copy signature” button, which copies rich text Gmail understands.
